we welcome you warmly at hamsa yoga studio and into the wonderful world of yoga. this is the place at the web site were you can find all the info you need to get startet in a nice way.

at hamsa yoga studio we offer all new-commers, when you sign up the first time, the possibility of buying an intro card for three classes which can be at all levels and styles. but if you are new to yoga begin at level 1.

all classes are a combination of drop in and sign up. what ever fits you best. remember to show up between 10-15 min before class, or your space will be given away if someone is waiting at the studio.
