its just great studying to become a yoga teacher! at hamsa we offer two different ways of doing this. yoga is compatible with most other things and in many ways embarking on this trip can help you take of on so many other "travels" in your life. to do a teacher training is a very valid way of deepning your own practise as well as getting  to understand yoga better overall. hamsa is one of the few schools in scandinavia approven by Yoga allience and we are proud of that. the curriculum has been co-developed with this world wide yoga organisation and contains all your heart can desire. find more info under each education and learn more about their differences and advances

welcome to hamsa yoga studios newest endeavor. spurred on by the succes from our TT @ home we have been nestling something new.

from 12th of november untill 12th of december 2010 hamsa yoga studio will host a 200 hour teacher training in south india at Kovalam, Kerala.

Since its still some time away more info will be added on later as soon as we have everything confirmed, but for now just get psyched with us!
