Hamsa yoga teachers training - India
Take your yoga to the next level and soar!
Hamsas 200 hours (Yoga Alliance approved) teachers training takes place in Kerala, South India in a small town called Kovalam. It’s located right on the coast, so if you don't mind subtropical beaches, sun shine and palm trees this is the course for you.
The great thing about going away together for 30 days is the unique possibility of doing yoga together every day. Some of you might have done 2-4 hours workshops and felt its blossoming effect - just imagine what 30 days can do!
We give you a top professional teacher training with some of Denmark’s best teachers. And besides spicing up your yoga-asanas, this education also takes you deep in meditation and pranayama practice as part of daily practice.
So if you’re ready for an intensive yoga experience, working hard on a day to day basis with your fellow students and teachers, getting into the best shape of your life, a profound personal and technical development, then come join us.
To be accepted we ask you have a steady yoga practice of at least two years and are able to do handstand and headstand at a wall and press up from the ground into bridge as well as doing shoulderstand. And if you haven’t got it yet, you still have lots of time to train and make it happen before November.
If you have any questions drop by Hamsa for a chat and cup of tea or feel free to write or call us,
Love from Simon & Soham
